How will the paperwork for preliminary and final exams be handled during this time?

The Zoom meeting information will be sent to the committee via email prior to the exam date and the paperwork is sent to the committee chair. Once the student has defended, the committee chair will sign the form(s) and return to the department graduate contact who will then send them to the other committee members for their signatures.  Please note that the Graduate College will accept an Adobe digital signature on the form so long as it is accompanied by the time stamp. Contact GSSO with any questions.
