The External Awards Committee and the Dean’s Office have compiled an extensive Excel workbook of many prestigious awards external to the University of Illinois. The document also includes links to nomination criteria and nomination due dates. 

Please browse through the workbook and then use the form below to do one of three things:

• Nominate another faculty member for an award.
• Recommend that another faculty member be nominated for an award.
• Recommend yourself to be nominated for an award.
