In this session, Sharon will share some ideas on how to incorporate active learning in the online classroom. She will cover examples of tips and tricks you can use to make your PowerPoint slides and lecture engaging, and how to incorporate interactive polls and games to promote classroom discussion.
Sharon Lee is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in EPOL and the EdD online program manager. She teaches the orientation course for online EdD students and methods courses for the department. In her administrative position, she provides primary advising, orientation onboarding, and support for over 300 online doctoral students.
